At Matiere Premiere, we strive for complete satisfaction with our artisanal fragrances; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. To ensure a perfect match, we recommend using the complimentary sample included with your full-sized bottle before opening the primary packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at support@matierepremiere.com with your order number to receive a pre-paid return shipping label and authorization form.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the unopened fragrance in its original boutique packaging, ensuring that the transparent protective seal remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix Label and Ship

  Attach the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
